Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA)

Mission Statement

The Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) of the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Thomas R. Kline School of Law exists for the following purposes:

  • Provide academic, personal, and professional support for the members of APALSA; to encourage and cultivate an attitude of professional excellence; to aid the law school in building and creating a healthy and successful environment for the study of law and the personal development of its Law Students.
  • Promote and express the goals and needs of Asian American students in the law school community; to provide an opportunity for Asian American Law Students to focus on their respective communities and how those communities relate to the Legal System of the United States.
  • Support, aid, and assist in the recruitment of Asian American students and to promote minority representation within the law school.​
